Lotus Eletre is the first crossover from the legendary British car brand, famous for its victories in the world championships in motor racing and, in particular, in Formula 1. Of course, it is electric.

The Lotus brand has gained worldwide fame thanks to light and fast sports cars with reference handling. However, until recently, its sales worldwide were measured in several thousand per year. Everything changed with the transition to the control of the Chinese concern Geely.

The Chinese decided to turn Lotus into a manufacturer of sports and premium electric vehicles, using the British experience in chassis settings and the construction of lightweight cars. The firstborn was the Eletre crossover, thanks to which global sales of Lotus immediately increased several times.

The Lotus Eletre has the style of European sports cars and a 612 hp electric drive that accelerates the car to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds. But the main thing is the style, the magic of the legendary brand and the handling honed even by the standards of electric vehicles.
